Unless otherwise provided by law, we will keep confidential all information you provide and take appropriate measures to protect your privacy. If the report is true, the Company will severely punish any breach of integrity.

Reporting investigation results and measures to Chairman and/or relating department head

Reporting to the independent directors or supervisors when:

Major violation or damage occurs
Director or senior executives are involved

In addition to the relevant legal provisions, Unikornsemi will take appropriate confidentiality measures for the data and report information provided by you. Unikornsemi may also process and use the information during the investigation of the report incident, including transferring the information to subsidiaries for relevant investigation.
You are not allowed to knowingly misrepresent or intentionally fabricate facts. If it is proven that your report is based on misrepresentation or intention to defame, you shall be solely liable for the relevant legal liabilities.
In order to prevent the case of not being able to carry out the investigation, please be sure to provide detailed information.
Communication records and information relating to Unikornsemi in the course of the investigation shall not be disclosed to third parties and shall not be used as a reference for any form of litigation.
